Need accounting support without business management? We also offer a consistent bookkeeping routine, built around your organization's funds and reporting needs.
Fund accounting
Record giving, other income, expenses, and transfers by account and fund. Keep donor-restricted gifts and board-designated amounts identifiable using your supporting records, so leadership can review activity and balances by purpose.
Check the balances
Compare the books with bank statements, review differences, and ask about missing or unclear transactions. Reconciliation gives your monthly reports a foundation in the records behind the numbers.
Make the numbers useful
Review income, expenses, fund activity, and account balances with reports prepared for your board, finance committee, or leadership team. We'll agree on the reporting scope and schedule at the start.
A practical fit for your team
Ongoing support is a good fit when your treasurer, staff, or volunteers need help keeping records current, following fund activity, or preparing for leadership meetings.
TaxGuard handles the agreed bookkeeping work. Your organization keeps responsibility for spending approvals, gift acceptance, and financial decisions.
